What is Reiki?

Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, relaxation therapy. It is designed to release blockages in the body by using an energy healing technique. It helps to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind and soul.

1:1  Session

Join me for a calming and relaxing 60 to 70 minute online Reiki session, Reiki doesn't have to be done in person for it to be beautifully healing and effective.  

 

As this is a 1:1 session I am able to tailor this perfectly for you, starting with breath work and thenleading you through a personalised meditation or visualisation.

 

I will also make sure that the Reiki focuses on any problem areas for you as well as providing an entire healing experience. The session will end with a handpicked inspirational poem or short piece of writing to finish the experience leaving you feeling relaxed, rebalanced and rejuvenated.

Group  Session

Join me once a month for my online group Reiki these sessions are ideal if you haven't tried Reiki before and would like a taster of the magic.  

The session will last between 30 to 45 minutes (camera is completely optional). It will begin with a brief explanation of Reiki and what the plan for the session is, before moving onto a breathing exercise. I will then lead you through a meditative visualisation to bring you to state of relaxation before the reiki healing. The session will end with an inspirational poem or short piece of writing to close the space and leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated
