What is Reiki?
Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, relaxation therapy. It is designed to release blockages in the body by using an energy healing technique. It helps to restore balance and harmony to the mind body and spirit.
Christine, you have been my little ray of sunshine and stability the last few months. I have already had five wonderful 1:1 sessions with Christine. Mindfulness & Reiki group sessions held in Sensory Me, Roscommon Town. These sessions will be ideal if you have never tried Reiki before and would like to experience a taste of the magic. It will include breath work, meditation and Reiki healing. A nice way to relax, unwind and fill up your wellbeing cup.
Join me for a calming and relaxing 60 to 70 minute Reiki session in my peaceful healing room in Roscommon town
As this is a 1:1 session I am able to tailor this perfectly for you, starting with leading you through a personalised meditation or visualisation.
I will also make sure that the Reiki focuses on any problem areas for you as well as providing an entire healing experience. The session will end with a handpicked inspirational poem or short piece of writing to finish the experience leaving you feeling Relaxed, Rebalanced and Rejuvenated.
