What is Reiki?

Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, relaxation therapy. It is designed to release blockages in the body by using an energy healing technique. It helps to restore balance and harmony to the mind body and spirit. Because energy healing does not need to be done in person to be effective, we do not need to be in the same room for you to feel the benefits of the session.

I offer both in person and distance reiki (via zoom) and both individual and group sessions.

In Person Sessions

The session is 70 minutes and will be tailored to your needs, focusing on making sure that by the end of your session you are left feeling Relaxed, Rebalanced and Rejuvenated.

The session will include the following:
A Breathing Exercise
Visualisation/Meditation
Reiki Healing Energy
Poetry/Inspirational literature

Group

Vita House, Roscommon Town, F42 N677

The session is 60 minutes long where we will work on one chakra per session and the journal questions and meditation will focus around that chakra. 

The session will include the following:
A Breathing Exercise
Journal questions around x chakra
Visualisation/Meditation for x chakra 
Reiki Healing Energy to the collective 
Poetry/Inspirational literature
