What is Reiki?
Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, relaxation therapy. It is designed to release blockages in the body by using an energy healing technique. It helps to restore balance and harmony to the mind body and spirit. Because energy healing does not need to be done in person to be effective, we do not need to be in the same room for you to feel the benefits of the session.
I offer both in person and distance reiki (via zoom) and both individual and group sessions.
