What is Reiki?

Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, relaxation therapy. It is designed to release blockages in the body by using an energy healing technique. It helps to restore balance and harmony to the mind body and spirit. Because energy healing does not need to be done in person to be effective, we do not need to be in the same room for you to feel the benefits of the session.

Christine's Reiki is magic. The fact that she takes the time to choose a visualisation/meditation that is personal to you takes the session to the next level. The visualisation alone was incredible and then followed by her magical Reiki I could feel the release instantly. I left the session feeling like a weight had been lifted and I was ready to take on the world. I cannot recommend these sessions enough, they are worth their weight in gold.
