We will work on one chakra per session where the journal questions and meditation will focus around that chakra. The session will include the following: A Breathing Exercise Journal questions around x chakra Visualisation/Meditation for x chakra Reiki Healing Energy to the collective Poetry/Inspirational literature Aftercare advice Arrive on time for the session with an open mind Wear warm, comfortable clothing
